RepMonitor is operated by Kirill Timofeev PR Mad Lead Printer Novi Sad ("Mad Lead Printer", "RepMonitor", "we", "us", or "our").

This Privacy Policy explains how RepMonitor collects, accesses, uses, stores, and protects information when users access the RepMonitor service, connect third-party integrations, or otherwise interact with the platform.

RepMonitor is an email deliverability monitoring platform created by Mad Lead Printer.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect and process the following categories of information.

Account Information

When you use RepMonitor, we may process information associated with your RepMonitor account, including:

• Name
• Email address
• Organization or company information
• Account and workspace identifiers
• Authentication and account security information
• Application preferences and configuration settings

Email Platform and Deliverability Data

When you connect supported email platforms or monitoring services to RepMonitor, we may retrieve and process information made available by those services.

Depending on the integration, this may include:

• Sending activity
• Delivery statistics
• Bounce information
• Spam complaint metrics
• Authentication results
• Delivery errors and error reasons
• Campaign-level or account-level performance data
• Domain information
• Compliance and deliverability indicators
• Historical performance metrics

The specific information available depends on the connected service and the permissions granted by the user.

RepMonitor does not require access to the content of users' email messages in order to provide its core deliverability monitoring functionality.

2. Google User Data

RepMonitor allows users to connect Google Postmaster Tools using Google OAuth.

When you authorize the Google Postmaster Tools integration, RepMonitor may access Google user data associated with domains that your Google account is authorized to manage.

This data may include, where available through the Google Postmaster Tools API:

• Domain information
• Compliance status
• Spam complaint rates
• Email authentication results
• Delivery errors
• Delivery error reasons
• Historical domain-level deliverability metrics

RepMonitor requests access only to Google data necessary to provide the Google Postmaster Tools integration and related deliverability monitoring features.

We do not use Google OAuth access to read the content of your Gmail messages, send email through your Google account, access your Google contacts, or access unrelated Google account data unless such functionality is explicitly added in the future and separately disclosed and authorized.

3. How We Use Google User Data

Google user data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide and improve user-facing RepMonitor functionality, including:

• Retrieving Google Postmaster Tools metrics
• Displaying deliverability and compliance information in the RepMonitor dashboard
• Maintaining historical reporting and trends
• Synchronizing updated Postmaster information
• Detecting changes in deliverability indicators
• Troubleshooting and maintaining the integration
• Protecting the security and integrity of the service

RepMonitor does not use Google user data for advertising, ad targeting, profiling for advertising purposes, or determining creditworthiness.

RepMonitor does not sell Google user data.

RepMonitor's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. How We Use Other Information

Information collected through RepMonitor may be used to:

• Operate and provide the RepMonitor service
• Authenticate users and maintain account security
• Synchronize data from connected integrations
• Generate dashboards, reports, and historical trends
• Monitor deliverability and email infrastructure
• Diagnose technical issues
• Prevent abuse and unauthorized access
• Improve the reliability and functionality of RepMonitor
• Respond to support or privacy requests
• Comply with applicable legal requirements

5. Data Storage

RepMonitor may store information retrieved from connected services where storage is necessary to provide dashboard functionality, synchronization, historical reporting, and trend analysis.

This may include historical copies or derived records of deliverability metrics obtained through connected integrations.

OAuth credentials, access tokens, refresh tokens, and other authentication credentials may be stored where necessary to maintain authorized integrations.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect stored information and credentials against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not sell personal information or Google user data.

We do not transfer Google user data to advertising platforms, data brokers, information resellers, or other third parties for their independent commercial purposes.

Information may be disclosed only where reasonably necessary:

• To infrastructure or technology service providers that help us operate RepMonitor
• To investigate security incidents, fraud, abuse, or technical problems
• To comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or lawful governmental request
• To protect the rights, property, or security of RepMonitor, Mad Lead Printer, our users, or others
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable legal and Google API policy requirements

Service providers acting on our behalf are expected to process information only as necessary to provide their services to us and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

7. Human Access to Google User Data

RepMonitor is designed to process Google Postmaster Tools data automatically.

Personnel do not access individual users' Google user data except where reasonably necessary:

• With the user's permission for support or troubleshooting
• To investigate a security incident, abuse, or technical failure
• Where required by applicable law
• Where data has been aggregated or anonymized for legitimate internal service operations

8. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide RepMonitor, maintain historical reporting, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the security of the service.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the connected integration.

If an integration is disconnected, RepMonitor may retain previously synchronized historical metrics where necessary to preserve reporting history unless deletion is requested or applicable law requires deletion.

OAuth credentials and tokens associated with a disconnected integration will no longer be used to retrieve new data and may be removed from active systems as part of the disconnection or deletion process.

9. Disconnecting Google Access

Users may disconnect the Google Postmaster Tools integration from within RepMonitor where that functionality is available.

Users may also revoke RepMonitor's access to their Google account through their Google Account security and permissions settings.

After access is revoked, RepMonitor will no longer be able to retrieve new Google Postmaster Tools data using that authorization.

Previously synchronized data may remain in RepMonitor in accordance with this Privacy Policy unless the user requests deletion.

10. Data Deletion Requests

Users may request deletion of their account information, connected integration data, or Google user data stored by RepMonitor.

Please provide sufficient information for us to identify the relevant RepMonitor account or workspace.

Subject to applicable legal, security, and operational requirements, we will delete or anonymize the relevant information within a reasonable period.

Certain information may be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, or maintain security records.

11. Third-Party Services

RepMonitor integrates with third-party platforms and services.

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. RepMonitor is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party providers.

Connecting an integration authorizes RepMonitor to interact with that service according to the permissions granted by the user.

12. Cookies and Technical Information

RepMonitor may use cookies, session identifiers, server logs, and similar technologies necessary to:

• Authenticate users
• Maintain login sessions
• Protect account security
• Prevent abuse
• Diagnose errors
• Maintain and improve application performance

We may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, device information, timestamps, and application logs for security and operational purposes.

13. International Data Processing

RepMonitor is operated from Serbia and may use infrastructure or technology providers located in other countries.

As a result, information may be processed or stored in countries other than the user's country of residence.

Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure that such processing is conducted in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.

14. Children's Privacy

RepMonitor is intended for professional and business use and is not directed to children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the service.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to RepMonitor, connected integrations, legal requirements, or our data practices.

When we make material changes, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page.

Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
